Natalie Conrad, formerly Cromwell, is a singer/songwriter and worship leader based out of Eden Prairie, MN. Her love for the church and gift of music has landed her at her at Grace Church for the last 10 years. As one of the primary worship leaders at Grace, Natalie leads a congregation of several thousand attendees each weekend, while also leading worship for smaller gatherings throughout the week.
When she’s not at church leading music, she can often be found writing music. Natalie is a widely published songwriter, with songs on Grammy-nominated albums. She regularly spends time writing and recording music in Nashville, where she is a staff writer for Daywind Publishing. Natalie has recorded three albums in Nashville, one of which included a chart-topping song called “The Reason.” In addition to writing music, Natalie is an adjunct professor teaching songwriting lessons at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.
Natalie’s years of experience in the music industry and love for the church have proven to make her a sought-after worship leader for large events and conferences across the region and country. She has shared the platform with many well-known authors and musicians such as Bob Goff, Wes Hampton of the Gaither Vocal Band, Jamie Grace, and many others.
In her time off-stage, Natalie loves being with her family, which includes her husband Matt, daughter, Ruby, and son, Easton.
